Itsourthing.net have a delivery policy
where we aim at delivering ordered product(s)
at the delivery address within 18 working days
in Japan and 21 working days worldwide.
We usually ship within 48 hours, 18 respectively 21 days is the maximum days for delivery and is due to the time it would take to reprint in case a product is temporarily out of print. Working days are Monday to Saturday. There might be circumstances out of itsourthing.net’s control that might cause delays to deliver within the designated amount of days. Itsourthing.net use Seino and Kuroneko-Yamato to deliver our goods in Japan and EMS for overseas and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Seino, Kuroneko-Yamato or EMS.
Prices on the website are as stated at the product pages but can be changed at any time without notice.

Itsourthing.net only supply products ordered online through itsourthing.net. All payments (including shipping & handling) must be made by credit card, debit card or Paypal payment methods. Itsourthing.net cannot accept any other form of payment. Delivery & handling charges are added when the order is made and is charged according to the postal service used.
Itsourthing.net aim at provide a service where all products displayed are available. Still itsourthing.net cannot guarantee that all items are in stock, however if an item is not in stock an e-mail will be sent to the buyer and delivery time will not exceed the amount of days stated in chapter "2. Delivery
Times".

Itsourthing.net cannot provide any warranty of the products carried through itsourthing.net. Itsourthing.net however always aim at providing a service and supplying products of a very high quality.
- Exchange and return of purchased
product(s),
Itsourthing.net cannot provide money back for returned products, however we are happy to give store credit or exchange product(s). Buyer wanting to claim such a credit must return the product(s) in unused condition and together with proof of purchase such as order- number. Itsourthing.net can only accept returns within 14 days after the buyer received the product(s). In case the buyer would like to return product(s) the shipping costs to send it/them back to itsourthing.net shall be covered by the buyer. Itsourthing.net do only accept returned product(s) to be sent using a trackable mail service. Itsourthing.net shall never be held responsible for any loss while product(s) are in transit/shipping.

Itsourthing.net assure you that all the information you provide us with is strictly confidential. Name, e-mail addresses, delivery addresses are handled as strictly private and will not be shared with anyone outside itsourthing.net. As payment is carried out using a Paypal service itsourthing.net do not store any credit card details.
